My Journey....
Hello! I am Monica Arora, an HR & OD professional turned independent consultant with over 22 years of diverse experience. My journey started as a customer service executive and soft skills coach, where I discovered my love for working with people. After five years, I moved into Talent Acquisition, leading hiring for IT and ITeS clients, and eventually worked my way up to head the global HR function at a leading Cyber Security Services and System Integration company. Along the way, I had the privilege of working with incredible organizations like ICICI Bank, Prudential Process Management Services, Accenture, Financial Software & Systems (FSS), and Inspira Enterprise India Ltd., gaining rich insights into HR, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Since October 2022, I’ve been charting my path as an independent HR & OD Consultant, Transformation Coach (ACC-ICF), POSH Enabler, and Facilitator. This role lets me do what I love most—partnering with organizations and leaders to solve challenges, drive transformation, and create inclusive and thriving workplaces. Whether it’s shaping organizational culture, enhancing leadership capabilities, or building robust HR strategies, I’m passionate about helping businesses and people succeed.
In just two years of working independently, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with over 15 clients from industries like Beauty, Healthcare IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, ITes, and Services. The trust these organizations place in me, and the results we co-create, are a testament to my ability to deliver practical, impactful solutions. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see happy clients, and it inspires me to keep striving for excellence in every engagement.

Apart from my interest in human behavior, I have a profound passion for exploring the world, delving into new cultures, and engaging with diverse perspectives. I travel at least once a year to broaden my horizons, to unwind and rejuvenate. In my leisure time, I find joy in creating oil pastel sketches and capturing the beauty of nature through photography. My favorite retreats are tranquil beaches and serene natural landscapes, where the only sounds are the gentle rustling of leaves, the songs of birds, and the soothing flow of water.
