My Journey....
I, Monica Arora, kick-started my professional journey as a customer service executive and as a soft skills coach. After spending around 5 years in customer service roles, I transitioned into a Talent Acquisition Lead role with a Recruitment Firm catering to IT and ITeS clients. With my solution-oriented approach, passion for people interaction, and leadership skills, I worked my way up to Heading the global HR function of a leading Cyber Security Services and System Integration Company in India.
I carry overall 22 years of experience including 17 years in the fascinating field of Human Resources. I had the opportunity to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, from various parts of the World, especially India, Middle East, UK, South East Asia and US.
Since October 2022 I have embarked on the journey of being an independent HR & OD Consultant, Transformation Coach (ACC-ICF), POSH Enabler and Facilitator.
During my 22 years of professional life, I have been associated with companies such as ICICI Bank, Prudential Process Management Services (PPMS), Accenture, Financial Software & Systems (FSS), Inspira Enterprise India Ltd., amongst few others.

Apart from my interest in human behavior, I have a profound passion for exploring the world, delving into new cultures, and engaging with diverse perspectives. I travel at least once a year to broaden my horizons, to unwind and rejuvenate. In my leisure time, I find joy in creating oil pastel sketches and capturing the beauty of nature through photography. My favorite retreats are tranquil beaches and serene natural landscapes, where the only sounds are the gentle rustling of leaves, the songs of birds, and the soothing flow of water.
